If you need a return or exchange, please review the policy below.
1) Right to Cancel / Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
2) How to Request a Return
All returns must be requested by email before sending the item back.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

6) Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

7) Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same process as returns and are subject to stock availability.
